This month's video is a song by the great, great songwriter Hank Cochran. Hank wrote a bunch of hit songs including "I Fall to Pieces" and "He's Got You" for Patsy Cline. He was a larger than life personality and his nickname was "The Legend". When he first met Willie Nelson, Willie was still a struggling songwriter. Hank loved his songs so much that he urged his publishing company to hire him. His bosses told him they didn't have the budget for another songwriter. Hank had just been promised a $50 a week raise and he worked out a deal where Willie would get that $50 a week instead and began working for the publishing company. Right around then, Willie wrote "Crazy" for Cline and the rest is history. Hank and Willie wrote many songs together and remained close friends until Cochran's death about fifteen years ago. This song is called "A Little Bitty Tear" and was a hit for several artists over the years.  https://youtu.be/IC9YmKX-o0s
